A full main-floor renovation that reimagines the kitchen, laundry, and powder room with bold colour, warm wood, and seamless flow.
This project shows how structural transformation paired with thoughtful material continuity can unify a home—creating spaces that feel both open and grounded.
Part of a full main-floor renovation, the goal was to create an open concept layout by opening up the kitchen to the surrounding living spaces through extensive structural work and the releveling of floors and ceilings. A cohesive design language carries throughout the main floor, defined by warm oak millwork, deep blue cabinetry, and brushed brass accents. The result is a modern, light-filled home that balances architectural precision with warmth—bringing harmony to colour, texture, and everyday living.
