It’s a moment to ensure the right fit — and if we align, the journey continues with a Consultation and a clear, collaborative design process.

The Consultation

A detailed site visit and an in-depth discussion of scope, priorities, and budget. This collaborative session defines the project’s direction and results in a clear written scope of work, forming the foundation for thoughtful planning and design that reflects how you truly want to live. Typically an in-person meeting followed by a virtual meeting to debrief and review a detailed scope of work. From there, we proceed into the first phase - design.

Fees due at the end of this phase

100% of the Consultation fee is due upfront
If proceeding to the Design Phase, then 100% of the design fee is due upfront.

The Design Phase

Design Development

We establish the overall look and feel of your space through mood boards, inspiration images, and initial sourcing. This sets the foundation for a cohesive design direction.

Finish, Fixture, and Equipment Selection

With the design direction confirmed, we finalize material selections with samples, 3D renderings, and detailed specifications, while sourcing and pricing. A comprehensive presentation package is provided for your approval.

The Implementation Phase

Construction Documents

We produce detailed construction drawings for permit submission and contractor pricing, as well as for on-site coordination.

Project & Vendor Coordination

We place orders for all approved finishes, fixtures, and equipment. We coordinate delivery schedules and receive all items at our warehouse.

(03)

Procurement & Budget Tracking

We coordinate with vendors and tradespeople to address any outstanding items. We also coordinate inspections and quality-control checks and document site visits.

(04)

Project Closeout & Photography

After installation, we complete a final walkthrough to address any outstanding items. We also coordinate photography to capture the finished space.

Design Development
This is where we develop a clear, thoughtful vision supported by a strong design narrative. We present visual mock-ups of your space so you can see how each element works together — from the pairing of a sofa and coffee table to the way your kitchen cabinetry complements your favourite tile.
Construction Drawings

When engaged for design and renovation support, we provide detailed construction drawings that are precise, coordinated, and easy for contractors to interpret — ensuring design intent is executed seamlessly on site.
