This project shows how a clear design concept and bold palette can completely transform a historic home into an experience that feels fresh, social, and unforgettable.

Completed in 2021, this renovation reimagines a late-1800s home in Prince Edward County through a “Cosmopolitan” lens—infusing the property with the warmth and vibrancy of urban nightlife. New flooring, a modern kitchen, fresh paint, and contemporary furnishings bring sophistication and liveliness to every corner. The result is a stylish, welcoming retreat that celebrates the excitement of city life while embracing the charm of the county.
