This renovation reimagined a 3-bedroom high-ranch bungalow into a functional duplex featuring a 3-bedroom upper vacation rental and a 2-bedroom lower suite. Each unit was designed with open layouts and warm, natural finishes that create a sense of connection and comfort. The result is a balanced, light-filled home that feels both efficient and deeply tranquil—a thoughtful response to modern living in a rural setting.
