Completed in 2021, this renovation revitalized an 1890s townhouse, transforming it into a sought-after vacation rental infused with coastal charm. The design centered on a reimagined second floor, where improved spatial flow and thoughtful details enhanced comfort and function. Inspired by the ease of nautical living, soft blues and sea foam greens create a tranquil, cohesive atmosphere—turning this historic home into a timeless coastal escape.
