A 19th-century office building reimagined as four modern vacation suites blending urban character with timeless charm.
A major takeaway from this project was how adaptive reuse can breathe new life into heritage structures, creating spaces that honor the past while serving modern needs.
Completed in 2022, this change-of-use renovation transformed a historic 1800s office building in London, Ontario, into a contemporary quadplex designed for vacation rentals. Each of the four two-bedroom units features distinct millwork tones—ranging from deep green to soft blush—bringing individuality to the cohesive urban concept. Through thoughtful space planning and detailed construction drawings, we helped turn a piece of local history into a stylish, functional retreat for modern travelers.
